  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@iyzer.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive the returned item(s), they will be inspected. If the item(s) meet our refund criteria, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@iyzer.in for further instructions.
